Edward was beyond exceptional. We had a problem with our washer as the handle got broken. We called Edward. After checking, the part was unavailable no more (discontinued). However Edward was able to think outside the box and he found a handle that could potentially work. After a small adjustment, that took 5min, voila!! A new handle! Washer works too! We had an issue with our dishwasher leaking. I've read that the most common components to leak is the water pump seal and or the water inlet valve. We called for a technician to check what could be the problem. The technician was courteous, and he even took off his shoes as soon as he arrived to our home. Diagnosis fee was $80. It ended up being the water pump seal. We had it repaired and paid for parts. Total cost was $120. We're satisfied with the service.
I called Edward to fix our freezer. He came the same day and fixed it within an hour. Very courteous, professional and a pleasant man. I recommend them to everyone who has a problem with their appliance.
I called two companies from homestars to try and fix my fridge. Neither company took on the job. I somehow found these guys, with my last hope (as I didn't want to spend money buying a new fridge), and it turned out to be a success! It works! whatever they did worked. Whats interesting, that the technician gave us 3 months warranty, and so far it's been 1 month, all good. I'll return in case we experience any problems in next few months.
